Many shop vacuum cleaners feature a wet and dry capability to handle everything from dust and debris to cleaning up a flooded area.

A shop vac comes in a variety of sizes and shapes with all types of attachments and features to help with different projects. You can even select a shop vacuum based on its horsepower. Some shop vacuum cleaners come with blowers or mulchers for additional versatility.

Be sure to read all instructions that come with shop vacs so that you know the differences between the suction and blow switches as well as what accessory works for different projects. Switch the type of filter you use when handling dry or wet jobs.
